Who We Are?

We are a young Charity formed in February 2004, in the memory of a remarkable little boy Jacob Hawthorn aged 3, who had a condition called Muscular Dystrophy

Jacob had a very full life and his family worked hard to remove any barriers that prevented Jake from having lots of positive experiences.

What We Do?

Our Charity helps families with disabled and sick children to create and capture their unique memories forever by providing a photographer to record the family on a special event or outing. The memory will be unique to the child and the family.

Who can ask J-U-M-P for help?

Families with a sick or disabled child who live in the North West may contact us and ask to be referred to our Committee.

Please write to

A referral form will then be sent so that you can tell us about the child you wish to nominate.
